CarePartners Foundation is committed to preserving the availability of post-acute healthcare in Western North Carolina by working with donors to fund vital services.

We focus on the needs of those who receive care from CarePartners, which provides Rehabilitation, Home Health, Adult Care and Hospice. We also make grants to community agencies working to improve the health and well-being of people in Western North Carolina. We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.


Special focus on hospice care

CarePartners Foundation is committed to ensuring that hospice care is available to anyone in our community who needs it, regardless of their ability to pay. 



pediatric services

CarePartners Foundation funds many programs for children in need, including pediatric hospice, home-based services for chronically ill children, and nursing support for children born addicted to opiates.

CarePartners Foundation supports adult day services in three counties (Buncombe, Henderson, and Transylvania), as well as the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) serving Buncombe and Henderson.
